Creating a meaningful and engaging sales experience
The MHCI Capstone project is a 32-week course which provides an unique opportunity to experience the entire product cycle of research, design and development. Our client is Bank of America and I am currently the Tech Lead on a team of 5 interdisciplinary students. Our research focus is to discover what inspires decision makers to create a digital experience that inspires trust and generates sales for Bank of America. As tech lead, I built the team website plus will lead the iterative development cycle this summer. I was also deeply involved in conducting research and writing content for our research book.
